How's your cardiorespiratory health?

We should be more concerned with the health of our heart than our weight on a scale. Overweight people are more likely to survive heart attacks than thin people. "Plump" women are less likely to experience early menopause, heart disease, and osteoporosis than thin women. Go running instead of criticizing the size of your butt. Plus that extra weight you're carrying around makes your heart work that much harder!
