To Be What You Must - Song.a.Day

Be you dust or be you star
To be what you must
Just reach out for what you are
And though you travel many roads
There's but one way and that's the one you chose

This lovely song begins with a little melody from "Sitting" by Yusuf (Cat Stevens). I like the progression of philosophy, so-to-speak.

I think the world would be a better place if everyone would not only respect but rejoice in others' choices and the context in which they have made those choices. Differing paths and roads are part of what makes us individuals. Though some may disagree, I don't think that there is one, single path fit for everyone. And thank goodness for that. The world would be boring and oppressive if we were stuck with only one.
