Soooooo good. Now, I haven't had "real" bread in about two years, but I am pretty sure this is almost it. It doesn't require toasting like almost all other store-bought gf bread does, which is nice. And it really tastes fancy and rustic!It's not that expensive in the world of gluten-free. $4.00 a loaf!
All it needs is a good tomato on top and I am in bread heaven!
