Tasty Tuesday - Double Post!

Ooh, a double post... but I must tell you what's happening in my kitchen:

*Two cans of enchilada sauce

*Twenty-four corn tortillas

*Four cups of cheddar and jack cheese

Enchiladas, my friends! The aroma is incredible.
